Hi I read your message about underpayment of Housing Benefit some years ago now. I am currently in the same position and about to question my Local Council about an underpayment that may go back 3 or so years, where they omitted to pay me a Disability Premium when I was clearly entitled to it. This omission is worth £32 pounds a week so it could be a considerable sum! So I wondered how you got on with your case.
