I work for Tesco , it is 2015 , sadly , nothing has changed and no manager is interested if you bring up these dangerous practices and falsifying the safe and legal (temperature log) books happens all the time....Daily , spoke to manager about it and said I was unhappy and he said "I think you will find that this is how all supermarkets do it "!!!
