  1. I have hounded them on Twitter and they don't bother to reply. Even Which magazine have tweeted EE twice to get in touch with me and they don't respond to them. I suppose this letter from EE will be enough to take it to CISAS? EE told me it is not a 'deadlock' letter as they are not obliged to give one, just a letter stating there is nothing else they can do.
  2. Hi rebell11, Thanks for the welcome. I should have explained myself better. The complaint letter was sent to Olaf basically saying I want out of the contract without financial penalty and the letter I will be getting back will be from the Exec Office saying there is nothing more they can go. I was wondering if the CISAS or Court action would now be best? All the best.
  3. Various departments have admitted that there have been problems with the mast in my area - EE Twitter 15th May & Customer Rep on 4th June admitted that the mast nearest my home is not even 4g capable. My phone drops to ‘No Service’ when I am at home and in my local area. I am unable to get 4g let alone 3g and my proof is the screen shots that I have taken. The constant poor signal and lack of Internet means that I cannot make use of a service that I am paying for. On numerous occasions I have attempted to resolve this issue. I have been promised callbacks from various people and they never materialise – I even received a text saying that “I have not been forgotten about and someone would call shortly” even then they still did not call. I have done a sim swap as EE requested and handed over the five postcodes but these are never logged and I have to give them again and again. The customer service received from EE is totally disgraceful and the sheer contempt shown to customers is despicable- it says a lot when EE ignore tweets from Which? Magazine to rectify my issues. EE now tell me a letter has been sent to me saying that there is no problem with masts, they can't guarantee 100% coverage and they won't be taking my complaint further. I just want out of this contract, so what now?
