I did contact my mp and the press. The paper and the BBC did an article. -
I found this site through googling the police appeals tribunal rules.

Bit of an old bump, but any legal eagles want to look over this: An investigation against me was handled appallingly, the hearing took no account of my evidence, and i'm told an appeal can't go ahead because they followed the rules. It's a shambles, and totally unfair. It should be open and transparent.
