    the last contact i had from a human from ndr was august. it seems as though everything now is just a computer, every email i have received comes around 7:30 in the morning

    i am having problems with these guys aswell i have been trying to contact then since the 28th november but no success, i recieved an email from them yesterday about being pursued by baliffs if they do not here from me in the next 24 hours, abd i have heard nothing today. is anyone actually getting contact from them via a person or is every contact machine operated
