Hi we had a hearing today for a repossesion and it got suspended so there is hope everyone on here is very helpful and knows there stuff I'm sure one of the experts will be along as soon as they can to help you

Hello all it got suspended!!! So happy The agent for Santander was a nice man even gave me a few pointers before we went in judge was lovely she said she had read my application and if was well thought out and I was very expeditious. She said on that basis she was making a order for the warrant to be suspended and a order for us to pay the monthly and £350 towards the arrears (we offered £500) Could not asked for a better judge or outcome Thankyou for all the help

Evening HTA I have made notes of everything I have been advised and am prepared Thankyou so much for your kindness it really has made a difference to my state of mind I will update you all tommorow how it goes x

I will write this down and take to court with me Thankyou everyone I have asked eversheds and I'm told no tapes are available to play in court

Thank you to you all David - they have said unless we have exchanged it is not enough to stop eviction. Think it was to find out if we had any way of paying maybe as more evidence for tommorow

Complete waste of time Was told the text was to inform me was are being evicted at 12pm tommorow and did we have any other plans to pay the arrears in full. I said no and that was why we was going to court she said well be prepared to be evicted and a eversheds rep will be there to defend santander. And urges us to find anyway to pay the amount In full. Sooo p***** off the texts makes it sound like they can help an then we get that ! Can't say I'm suprised though.

Hi I hve another thread on here about a hearing to stop a eviction also dated tommorow I sent a proposal to eversheds which was declined. I have submitted n244 yesterday and then today recieved the following message In order to discuss your mortgage account and how our client can assist, please contact Eversheds on 0845 4987303 and quote the following reference number 00000001/79600 (Please do not reply to this message). Thanks. What should I do ???? And what do you think it is regarding ???

HTA - Thankyou so much for sharing your story and your kind words it is so good to hear from someone who had gone through the same situation we are going through. I think my main worry is the eviction being two hours after the hearing - we can but try. And ell-enn has been fantastic as have everyone on hear so a massive Thankyou to you all

Thankyou so much for your help sorry for the 100 questions I am just so so worried and our cab debt man is not in til Friday pm so have no one to ask

Also we have been told that although we are married my husband must attend as my name is not on the mortgage. Am I able to speak as he is worried about doing so? And we have childcare for our other children but are babies permitted in the hearing room as we have no childcare for him. He would be in a car seat and quiet as only a few months old

There is no one there who is able to go with us from Cab My main worry is the solisitors for santander being really nasty and bringing up that we made a unaffordable agreement previously. This was done to stop our last eviction and We also paid nearly £3000 off at the same time. What questions are the judge likely to ask?

I have asked but there will not be any in as only have them On a Monday and Tuesday in our court. Thankyou so much for replying. Do you think the judge will take into account If he gave possesion that we have children and less then two hours until the balliff would come and throw us out?

I'm worried I may have missed vital points and babbled on too much. Also today eversheds finally replied to my email saying despite us explaining out situation sending proof I am offer and that my husband is in new employment and is in a position to pay a lump sum on the 6th dec and monthly payments plus an extra 447 a month towards arrears they said they had contacted Santander and they want full payment or we will be evicted. I have tried to negotiate previously and sent a copy of my husbands work offer. But it has done no good.

Hi I did a statement explaining why we are in arrears information on the house sale and our new budget sheet which we got from cab Also included a job offer letter a sale memorandum which states to be complete within four weeks and a email for solis saying they are acting for us and have all documents they need to proceed :-/ I can send you copies if you would like

Yes it is a very call centre atmosphere from them

They are very mean sent proof of everything to them and it was still declined

I just hope that having a buyer a new job and positive equity will go on our side

It is santander but having to deal with eversheds
