    I have just sent off all my paperwork to the fos and I have got a good case. I've asked Yorkshire Bank for a copy of the pre 1991 PPI document and the black and white leaflet with T&C, but for some reason it cannot be found. MSAR thanks for your advice and I will start a new thread in the Yorkshire Bank Forum.

    I am having the same problem with a Yorkshire Bank credit card PPI claim. Does anybody have a copy of the T&C from 1991, which covers the exclusions clauses?
