Tht being the point silver fox
-
The first two paragraphs are virtually identical. The final paragraph is very similar, but with some slight rewording. The main difference is that the final sentence providing a verification code is absent.
thats right they were told to change it by the BPA, so just demand the code now
-
Right
ANPR have changed their letter now following a complaint to the BPA. so this letter does not include a POPLA code. Could you post up the letter with your details removed please.
There is no point writing to Popla. Write back to ANPR and state you have nothing further to add and that you require a popla code forthwith
-
No they have no right to see it
-
Good, you should get confirmation it has been received
-
Yes you can load it up using the additional evidence option. Include your popla code and say you wish to add to your original appeal. You can email it to
-
There is no need to loose. Add to your current appeal.
You need to state that the amount is not a henuine pre estimate of loss and that you require parking eye to give a complete breakdown of the loss flowing from the breach.
Bill of rights and spaces are irrelevent

Could you give more details of your appeal please
If there isnt enough about GPEOL then your appeal could fail and you can add more now if needed.
So please post up your appeal in full, mitigation will fail out right

I have to say for that sum, which is quite low @ £20 i would have simply paid up.
You would struggle i think to argue against a £20/50 charge, others may disagree
-
I have been in the same situation as you before many years ago, i knew i was crap at the job and they did indeed advertise for my role, i even had to take phone calls from people and agencies inquiring about the role
Most awkward. I got paid a few days later and didnt return
-
i am due to be paid on thursday and have worked 2 weeks in hand, will they be required to pay me in full on Thursday?
Of course.
Keep your head down until the money hits your account......
-
Quite simply you have no rights in this situation. It may not be what you want to hear and no it isnt constructive dismissal
They are within their rights if they want to give you the push if they dont feel that you are competent to do the role.
So fiind another job and move on asap. When are you due to be paid...?
-
They can get rid of you as you currently have no rights. I suggest you look for another job right away.
It's either jump or be pushed as they have advertised your position
-
It just seems over the top for having a phone call with a moody dwp employee, not worth the effort
-
Well obviously with personal info bleeped.
Personally mole hills and mountains come to mind
-
Post it up so we can hear it and give u our advice
