    I would suggest looking at other faxing services that offer free trials so you can test the North to South capabilities before signing up for a plan. eFax is kind of notorious for having shoddy customer service and being more expensive than their competitors (as this review shows: findafax.com/company/eFax). There are plentyof other services out there, such as RingCentral, that won't gouge you. Good luck!
