No i have nothing about this claim i just fill up accident form and send me back and i don't get letter what saying is my fault i just get a letter with new price for next year for insurance, when last time i was on phone with my insurance they still waiting from answer from another part...and they said to me what is not my fault and they ask from another part to prove that is my fault....

I don't know because that another party saying it is my fault that i hit and run from accident but my insurance saying its not my fault.....now like 6 months is going this think and still nothing done about it. And now send me a letter with my insurance price for next year because next month is running out is too much pay for car insurance 225 pounds in month....

I have fully Comprehensive....no somebody hit me and drive off from accident...and i still not repair my car because is just drive side wing was damage and is still good to drive....what best way to do for me? because i dont want to pay so much money for insurance...

Yes when that driver was driving off i ring to 999 i said it was accident and what that driver driving off from accident and i give a number plate but police said to me we can't help you because is nobody was injured and you need to go too police station and report about this and in police station give me papers ""DRIVER SELF-REPORTING SCHEME'' to fill and to send by post because police can't help me with this.....and same day i send papers to The Traffic Justice Unit....

Yes to failing to stop and police said to me that he give my details to that another driver because he don't have information about me...

Police ring me and say to me that is 50/50 and police don't give me no more information because he say is not for us to decide ho is fault is for insurance to decide now....

I report to my insurance about this accident i give number plate number and report to police about this....today i ring to my car insurance ask about this think because now like 3 months i waiting from answer but nobody give me and my car insurance saying what that drive saying i was in second lane and he was in first lane but my driving side is damaged....
