Hi can any one help me further? i have jusr received 6 yeard bank statements from my bank and the total they have charged me is £3090.00!! quite a shock to say the least. My question is, what or wher do i go next to put in to claim my money bank? nay help would be appreciated as i don't want to go about it the wrong way thankyou

hi, new to this but i too want to put a claim into cap one, is there a different letter to send to credit card companies or is it the same as the one for banks? and not sure where to find a template for this letter, any help appreciated:???:

hi i'm about to put in a claim to barclays and capital one credit card too. To capital one for all the late payment charges of £20 which i feel were totally unfair! We have never missed a monthly payment but the payments did not always arrive on the date specified by capital one hence a £20 charge every month!! What is never taken into account though and i think should be addressed is the fact that when you pay more than the minimum amount each month this is never taken into account by these companies. We always pay more than the minimum each month but because it did not always arrive on the date they specify this information is now on my husbands credit history ! and he has had a loan declined because of this. can we get this removed from his credit history ??
