The letter stats £830.49.. Will this stop them, I haven't had any phone calls..just letters and I checked my credit and have nothing on there at all..but as before its no it my surname just 1st name on letters ?

Hi just got 3rd letter from ruthbrige. Saying they willing too give discount on dept! Or they going too carry out more investigations into my financial background??? And they then Go on too say they will take me took court and get a bankruptcy order.... Can they do this and wat do I do? The dept not in my name..

It Cabot financial on behalf of mail order .next. They stating that I never arranged repayment but I never heard from them! And it in different sir name ? My 1st name correct but surname different .

Hi I have just received a 2nd letter stating the dept and that they have been appointed as agent By company too recover dept. they talking about going too court if I ignore the letter. And that all costs will be added too said dept. what do I do ?

I've have just checked on my credit file and only thing can see is a company I had trouble with back in oct 2007? But have never had any letters or calls since!! The payment I sent was aug/sep 2007. What dose this mean. Is it s.b or do I have too pay them?

Hi I just received a letter from Ruthbrige . Stating that my residence has been identified as forwarding address and I a customer ? And they got info from credit agency, I have no idea about any dept and what too do it says too call within ten days .
