Thank you because the Abbey have given me £300.00 back I have not accepted this but it is in my bank account do I include that amount or not. On money claim I have got to the bit where you put how much you are claiming and then it calculates how much it is going to cost you. It said £80.00 but then you have to fill in what and why you are claiming and that is the bit I am stuck on. Seashell

I don't owe capital one anything but going through my statements they owe me £906.00 do you think I have a better chance of getting my money back now, than if I owed them money

Hi everyone I have just asked capital one for all my statements for the last 4 years they were very good actually and send them to me within 4 days. I was shocked when I went through them and found out that they had been charging me late payment fees even when I was not lat paying and also charging me £20.00 when I went £5.00 over my limit. I have now sent them a letter today asking for £906.00 back so hopefully I will have a reply shortly. Abbey - £700.00 I was offered £60.00 Halifax - £2000 I haven't heard anything yet

Hi everyone I am new to this but I requested 4 years of bank statements from abbey I recieved about 14 months of them and have written to them requesting the money that they owe me I have recieved a letter back from them saying they are dealing with my request is this normal
