I have recently become out of work. I have tried to fill in Wonga's online I & E showing that I can offer £1 per month after all expenditure out of jobseekers allowance is catered for. Yet their system keeps coming back with dates for me to make my 1st repayment of £71 I have done the I & E a few times over just to make sure its not me making an error somewhere along the line, but i keep getting same system reply from them. I've tried emailing them and phoning them but with no joy. My bank have been good with me and told that they will refund anything that Wonga tries to take in the near future. I want to repay this loan and I am deffo not trying to avoid it. But they are sure as heck not making it easy to contact them or anything else - so not sure what else to do?
