you had any further luck with this? I'm in same situation with GE custonm finance/Santander! Said they could not do anything without agreement number etc. found it and contacted them with update and still i was fobbed off!! mine was finished off in Jan 2006. They say they destroy records after 6 years. FOS stated this is rubbish! Appreciate any comments Wendy:|
