  1. Want to see how Robinson Way like the treatment reversed? The internal phone system works on 0161 743 XXXX where XXXX is the internal extension number. For example, 0161 743 2481 get you through to Bill Muray, one of the directors. Count up or down I.E 0161 743 2480, 0161 743 2479 etc. This will ring directly on the desk so no waiting in a q. I found it good to start the call when they answered with "Can you confirm your date of birth and post code" Needless to say they didn't see the funny side. I had to laugh when Bill Murray threatened to report me if I continued to call for harassment!!!. Pot, Kettle black anyone. Enjoy
  2. OK cheers for your help. Will complete the complaint form and see how I get on.
  3. Around 3 months ago I received a letter from Natwest informing me that my debt of 2 pence had been passed to Robinson Way and I should call them immediately to discuss repayment options. After the initial humor of a letter demanding payment of 2p I became more concerned with the fact my details had been passed to one of these ****** agencies. Several phone calls with Natwest later we got to the bottom of the 2p. My account that had been closed was actually 2p in credit but the great Natwest had sent it to Robinson Way by mistake. This should not of happened, Natwest were very sorry and they would contact Robinson Way to get my details removed. This they done at my request with me pasrt of a 3 way call. Robinson Way refused to delete all my details for "data protection reasons" but after a fair bit of arguing they agreed to delete everything but my account number. 1 week later and another letter from Natwest demanding 2p. This time a few more less patient phone calls and once again I am told this was a mistake, very sorry and this time cheque from Natwest for £160 pounds along with a letter saying Robinson Way had once again been contacted and told the must delete all my details. 3 days on and a phone call from Robinson Way looking for...............2p owed to Natwest! More calls to Natwest and another 3 way call. This time Natwest again tell RW they must delete my details and RW refuse saying my account has been linked to a woman I have never heard of. More investigation and Natwest admit this was another mistake by them and I should not have been linked to this random person. Another 3 way call with Natwest and RW but this time RW refuse to delete my details until they have carried out an inquiry. Now if Natwest say they details were all passed over by mistake and have gone to the trouble of sending me 160 quid as an apology, how can RW refuse to delete the details? Any ideas how to deal with these bottom feeders? Not intimidated by them in anyway, just want my details removed out of principle.
