Bayv make me laugh they are unreasonable... .they got shirty with me over being £2 under with my meter I didn't Actually have £2 on me so I said call back later when I'm back off school run well he didn't come back he posted a note through when I was out a week later saying just cos I wasnt in it had gone up to £17.. ....I'm not giving them no more I've pulled my coin box out and replaced it with another normal lead and when they knock on the door I simply don't answer Now I've got a sofa for what i should of been paying retail.. ..I ain't scared of no ageing bald man with a clip board.. ..I already have ccjs or I wouldn't be going to them in the first place.. ..they can't come in my house and I can't be done for breach of peace if I simply don't answer the door... ..sorry bay v customer service skills cost nothing yet lack of them cost u a sofa!!!!
