  1. Hi udaymorjaria,

Try not to worry! At least you know that the D.W.P have received your GL24. So at least that is one thing that you do not have to worry about!

Just remain calm & patient, As the appeal process can take a while before you hear the outcome..

Remember though, You can always phone the D.W.P to find out how things are progressing with your appeal, As I found it was always good to remind them that I was awaiting a decision...

    Take Care

    Thanks Carbis,

In fact I did call D.W.P when I received esa72

I been told it will take 6 to 12 months. Now what worries me more is I was put on wrag (c.b) which will finish in 12 months.

Also when I went for interview at j.c+ they given me 18 months before I have to go for second interview.

It is so much confusing :???:

  2. It's a processing error or perhaps a computer error of some sort. Those affected should check their payments on their next due date in January - this should be one further week's benefit.

yes I just check my account and have got credit for one week.

  3. If the decision was to place you in 'WRAG' following your Assessment, Then my advice to you would be that your appeal (GL24) is still awaiting an outcome...

The next step would be to contact the DWP to confirm that your appeal is still awaiting an outcome...

But the fact that they have given you 18 months for your next appointment is a positive sign regarding your appeal....

Many thanks for quick replay Carbis,

I think you are right this esa72 which I received this morning could be due to my interview with job center

any way I will call dwp next year and find out

  4. Had you originally been found 'fit for work' ? because if you had, Then receiving the ESA72 & being placed in the 'WRAG' group would mean that you would have won your appeal and the ESA72 would indeed be in reply to your GL24...

    Carbis

Yes I was put on wrag even though I have unstable angina and many other medical issues.

therefore I did sent gl24 with help of cab and I did went to job center plus and have given me 18 months for next appoitment

    It is vary confusing

so do you think this esa72 is replay to my gl24?

what should be my next setp?

    Thanks for help

  5. Hi udaymorjaria...

On the Esa 72 that you have received, There are 2 boxes, And one of these boxes should be marked with an cross or tick...

This would explain which group you have been placed into!! WRAG or SUPPORT....

It should also give you a date when your case will next be up for review....

    Hope this helps...

    Carbis

    Thanks for quick replay

  6. It was more than two years ago, eventually I won the case. I contested my JSAg and I got money back in arrears, but it took two months. Try to get the address of your relevant DMA and write directly to them. If you call your Benefit Agency they must give you the address.

Thanks I do have phone number and full address I will contact them in new year as I have sent my gl24 on 3rd dec12 will one month and see what happens

vary much a stress which we can do with out

  7. What benefit are you on and what are you appealing?

Sorry did not put enough information I was on I.B fill esa50 no medical.

Put on WRAG up on taking advice from CAB as I do have unstable angina and lots of other medical issue inc. Heart failure on third stage.

Sent my gl24 on 3rd Dec. was wondering by the way I did went for my Interview with J.C+

  8. Not necessarily worried. You're looking at the worst case scenario. As someone said if you can go to GP appointments etc, they probably will want to see you in person at some point. But on seeing you in person, they may decide to defer subsequent meetings until later.

Yes they do defer subsequent meetings once they look at you and see you medical notes if you have this with you

  9. your recent comments scare me, am I right now that anyone who is able to attend an interview is going to be reffered? or will they just pick a few out. If its automatic refferal then this is just JSA mark II pretending to be supporting the sick.

Dear Worried33 Please do read my last post it will help as per my last interview exp. with jc+ went OK

Also do not believe everything what you read lots and lots different situ. in this post not every thing apply to every one

  10. Wow! I guess you are lucky then. Suppose it depends on the illness? Husband was asked to go to interviews when he first applied for ESA, but they never MADE him do anything, just asked what he would like to be doing in the future, and if he wants further help to call them etc.

Hope you have a nice Xmas too!

Yes it is all on your medical condition but more then it is depend on jc+ staff is well

I read it some where that they ask for volt. work i.e cleaning parks etc but as I was worried sick until I went to jc+

Lots of confusing with E.S.A and all other benefits no one knows the full system or how it works I think that what gov. wants so no one can abuse the system
