Can anyone help BH are driving me mad on 17th of July I took my laptop in to BH to be sent for repair was asking every week for an update after about the 3rd week of it being sent off First i was told it had been repaired and was on it way back the next week was told no had not been fixed yet after another week or 2 the manager or branch was gonna get an update and get back to us and never did then he went on holiday for 2 weeks so I was left dealing with the assistant manager to look in to it as there was no update on their system finally I was told that it was unable to be repaired so the was searching for a new 1 but had no luck then Saturday I was told she was waiting for a few stores to get back to her and we woul know by Monday which we never heard from them. Manager was back Monday waited to here nothing yesterday I went back and manager rang then then service manager as they don't know where is was and I was told they was looking for it and had not even been sent to repair centre went in again today and was told they have found it and will find out after 12pm when it's gonna be back but I dunno what to think now have rung there service centre again today who didn't help at all and trading standards who told me to see what happens today how will I even know if it's mine ain't paid last 2 weeks as they have credited me and was told ain't gotta pay this week anyone got any better advice of what I should do they are quick enough to contact me if they think I'm gonna miss a payment but useless when I want info from them I have been lied to for weeks and am not happy

Good luck with sorting bright house I have not had much luck yet 8 weeks ago my laptop went off for repair every week I have asked for an update and have been lied to everytime for last 2 weeks I was told can not be repaired but was look for 1 the same value by the assistant manager then Wednesday I went back in for progress and the manager who had been on holiday for 2weeks said they don't know where it is and I should not of been told it can not be repaired and I got impression he thinks I'm lyin well when assistant manager is back we will see who is lyin I have now been told they have found it and gonna find out when it will get back to store I have complained twice to the customer service department with no luck I'm annoyed that I have been lied to and and writing a complained letter to head office anyone got any better advice
