    I have also sent of a CPR31.14 request to HL Legal. It is cxoncerning because I really dont know what the claim is for, should I send a CPR18 aswell?

    Hi Marshmallow, I am in a similar situation to you as well. Recieved a claim form with issue date 6th June for part monies only. Claimant Sigma SPV1. The amount claimed is £299.99 with costs bringing a total of £364.99. I have sent acknowledgement that I intend to defend the claim. Not sure if it is an overdraft or credit card.
