Iv just asked maxxer a simple question because iv been cheated of £90 pound from TKmax, I just wanted to know if they could have looked into their CCTV since I have the receipt and the time of purchases to identify the faulty item that I was returning that in fact it was theirs, I have tried talking to their customer service but they didn't help me, so you can imagine my frustration. and maxeer was an employee for them so if he knew that could have the cctv i could pursuen them in a civil court and make them produce the cctv footage. that was all. so there was no need to go around the bush!!! Thx

Hey Maxxer You have been a good advocate to tkmaxx, Im beginning to suspect your intentions could you bee a double agent!! lol, Its true it use to be a good store for me to buy my cloths but not the only one, and yes I will never shop at tkmax again and encourage others not to. they are not the only cheap stores around, plus if you check their cosmetic product most of them are cheaper by at least 10% on the net so they are lying when they say its half price. but you atre wrong about their current season clothing calim, 99.99 % of their cloths are last season and usually end up to be sold up to 70% less at the original store. I advise everyone to verify this information. Finally after reading many complaints about them on forums I begin to understand their dishonesty, and specially the recent oxford court case for the RLP unreasonable charges, which Im pleased to say that they have lost. so just be happy that you are not part of their team anymore or are you?

HI Im so pleased for you to have won your case against RLP who use methods to make money from people, my brother who suffers with mental health problems had top plea guilty today in court for returning items to tkmaxx who they have claimed is not theirs, for the simple reason that he could not remember and was confused about what have happen and he was conditionally discharged by the magistrate, he has also received a debt collection letter from RLP of the amount of £335 and to be honest I don't think they deserve to be paid anything at all let alone the correct amount of £144 which they have said is the cost of the Item. As when I have read their statement, there was a lot of discrepancy and no CCTV footage was provided beside descriptions of my brother when he was in the store. Can you please advise me on how to deal with RLP as I want my brother to simply ignore them, however my concern is that they may call around the house of my brother and cause him stress, knowing that after my brother was arrested in the store he tried to commit suicide, been so scared and confused about the hall situation. Please please advise me on what to do and where to seek help to shut them up. Many thanks

Hi Maxxer I have called tkmaxx customer service and they do;t want to know about the refund, all I can say is good for you that you'v left them as from now I will never shop there, they a bunch of [edit]s, selling items that they say is almost 60 % less then retail but the fact is that their items are mainly last season or defected and that's why the original store never sold it, and employ [edit]s as security , shame on them I hope everyone finds out about them.

Hi maxxer I bought a shirt for £ 90 from Kingston , without trying it at the store and after a week I wanted to wear it but realised that he had a rip in the arms, I took it to tkmaxx kew retail park and the refused to accept it and said its not theirs, and when I asked them to call Kingston and check trough there security camera, their reply is its not possible to check, I called kingston store and they have said the same thing, I was under the impression that security camera was suppose to record anything that happens in the store especially I have the receipt and the time of the purchases, so it will be easy for them to go back and check!! Can you tell me please if what they are saying is true or they just don't want to make an effort?and aslo can you advise me on what I can do about it? because I feel that I have been wronged and Im really cross with them, also tkmaxx is one of my favourite shop for bargains, and I would like to keep it that way.
