  1. Yes I think that's the best I can go for I will send my income and expenditure details off with a letter offering what I can afford and ask if they will grant an order not to resell. Are there any standard letters on how I should ask the judge this?, basically how to word it officially? many thanks everyone
  2. No I don't to the first question The second question I really can not afford anything until I get back into work. I could possibly make a small payment until such time but going on what happened when they put the original ccj on the creditor wouldn't except anything lower Then £350 per month and that was a struggle . I was struggling to keep up even before my financial situation changed. I was set up to fail in the beginning . Thanks for your time
  3. No I dont recall receiving anything. Why doesn't it state on the court papers what the debt is supposed to be for? Any help greatly appreciated.
  4. Do I need to ask Arrow Global or Restons regarding this outstanding balance and who its for; is there a template letter which covers all the relevant information I need to ask for to defend myself, time running out can someone help please?
  5. Received a county court claim form from claimant Arrow Global. The address for sending payment and documents is restons solicitors. Claimant claims payment of overdue balance for a contract dated on or about xx/xx/2004 and assigned to the claimant on xx/xx/2011 for the sum of £1067.00 and then givse an account no. I dont know what this is for can any one advise how to defend and how to reply to the court? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you. Lizziee
  6. Hello not sure anyone can advise me on my situation but not sure how to proceed or what to expect. I had got behind on my business rent landlord had agreed a lower payment but I was still struggling one month would be okay the next it wouldn't, sales wasn't consistant any more. In January everyone in the surrounding area received a application for change of use for my premises from the local council. The landlord hadn't informed me he was doing this so everyone apart from me knew I was closing. It put a even bigger strain on my business! I spoke with the landlord he said nothing was final but it was looking like by the 31st March the application would be granted and I would be asked to leave. within those 6 weeks things just got worse for my business don't know how he was expecting me to continue under these conditions I need stock to sell I also needed a treatment licence as this run out on the 31st too which i wouldn't have been to apply for if the charge of use was being applied for by them. by the way I had another 6 months left on my lease. I didn't contact him to stay I was moving out as thought it was pretty much certain. I moved out the premises on the 31st I emailed him to arrange to hand the keys back, meeting him tomorrow at the shop premises. He wasn't pleased I had moved out and the change of use hasn't been granted yet maybe theres a problem with it. Not sure how to handle this any advise would be greatful. Oh I had been there for 11 years so it was hard to get up and leave. lizziee
