thanks for replying,i once used my debit card to purchase microsoft xbox live gold membership for my 14yr old grandson, i cancelled this subscription, but microsoft renew it themselves, without any authourisation by myselfe, i buy the gold membership with points now every 3 months, so it is obvious they know this, every time i try to speak to microsoft, a foreign person answers or i get a busy tone, regards, gillian

i have great hardship problems this last year as lloyds tsb refuse to stop microsoft taking money every month (£100 sometimes) from my personal account without my consent, i am a pensioner and 85% disabled, my health has deteriated as i cannot buy food ,i have a debit card & because of little mobility shop on line, so i need a bank account, but not to the extent taking my pension...
