I have also tried to contact them, there store in Hillington Industrial Estate was closed haven't tried the store in town but when I phoned the telephone numbers I was told they werent there. I bought our shenergy mattress Dec 2010. It sags on one side and I have regularly woken with hot sweats. If anyone has had success contacting them please let me know.
