  1. I have received the same letter this questionnaire is the fos i am in the process of filling it in and sending off. Just wondering if these letters are an admission of guilt or just precaution.
  2. If i had income protection insurance with HSBC at the time of getting this loan due to having a mortgage, the ppi was not needed is this statement correct.Filling out fos questionnaire now?
  3. Will do thanks again for your help i worked the interest out on the simple interest calculator i think all in all the claim will be £1748. i will be sending the complaint form tomorrow and let you know how i get on.
  4. Sorry to be a pain but i do not have office on my laptop i was paying in total £101.69 a month and the PPI was £20.30 of this could you tell me what claim amount should be as i would really like to get the wheels in motion. Your help is greatly appreciated:oops:

Thanks for this i have just found my loan agreement low and behold Personal Loan Protection Plan is included £870 with the 14.9% apr over the 5 years £1213.87 when i got this loan i was literally in and out in 20 min at the time i was already paying income protection with HSBC and was told every loan had this included i am going to send my complaint tomorrow. I have a Insurance sales acknowledgement slip signed by me but at the top it states: Only to be completed for non advised sales originated through Customer Telephone Services or via the internet. I got this loan by walking into my bank an sitting with someone and asking what was available for me.
  6. I took 2 loans over the passed 7 years with HSBC the second 1 consolidated the first both loans where taken out in my local branch. I am not sure if i had PPI or not. I have downloaded the request for all statement would i be able to hand deliver this to the branch if not any ideas of the address which best to send this request to.
