  1. Hi, you may be able to use HCEOs to evict them however it depends upon the wording on the order. Is it against "persons unknown" or are they named? If its against persons unknown then you can use HCEOs to enforce straight away, providing you agree to their fees. If it is against named persons, such as non paying tenants, you may need to get the order varied so that it includes the provision to allow HCEOs to enforce under Section 42 of the County Courts Act 1984. Once you have this you can instruct the HCEO of your choice - But be warned, not all Judges will agree to the variation, so make sure you have a watertight agrument, such has how much rent you will lose because of the County Court Bailiff delays etc, but the desicion is still with the Judge.
