how do you take another persons name of title deeds of a property that has no mortgage, thanks

Please help i received a letter in february ? my single claim, i spoke to an advisor who said they had eveidence back till 2002 that i had a partner. They were questioning 2010/2011 and 2011/2012. Have now stopped 2011/2012 payments and have an overpayment for 2010/2011 and also one for 2009/2010. The advisor took it from the 5th April that my partner moved in so why am i paying back 2009/2010? I am paying £100 a month and haven't re claimed. Have not had overpayment for 2011/2012 yet. Has anybody been in a similar situation? thanks

Phoned yesterday and they had evidence back to 2002 that i was in a relationship, advised me the date to agree on for joint claim was aprill 2010 and phone tax credit line and claim as a couple, she said there would be no court or anything. phone dto day and she said she had sent a letter re overpayment! I am not sure whether to claim as a couple as form will want previous address for 7 years or do i just cancel my claim all together? Now not sure if they can go back further than 2011 and prosecute me with previous claims? please help

Please help i am in a similar situation, have had letter asking me to contact them before 23rd, have put it off. It is for 2010/2011 and 2011 / 2012 only thing i have had everything joint for at least20 yrs as our relationship was on and off. Mortgage, bank accounts etc. Should i declare that at time i phone them or just delaclare for the years they are requesting? i am a nervous wreck. PLease reply somebody!
