hi all i did fill out my defence, now waiting for next step. never been to hearing in cc, what will happen on the day, do i need to prepare anything, can i add any defence on the day? bear in mind, the PE have not responded to my CPR request. thanks all

hi all it is now 20 days the Claimant did not respond to my CPR request, Monday is day 33, is it oaky to fill the defence on the last day? Any advice welcome filling my defence, appreciated any tips. thanks

Update i have it received any responses from them, in next 2/3 days I have to fill a defence. Appreciate any help with filling the defence, thanks. note, they could protect the staff parking by putting an electric barrier (the one goes up and down), finding parking space for public can take up to hour, sometimes people arguing over a space, one fiftthe of the place public parking and 4 other parts are staff parking, I went on other day and found out these details, No barrier on car park entry.

Thank you all, for your help, I now sent letter requesting CPR, Let’s see what will be their response, I have 20+ days to fill a defence. Will let you know any updates.

Hi all, Need your help. l have received claim form for parking charge ticket. the parking charge is for parking in staff car park in Barnet hospital, first of all let me tell you about the Barnet hospital parking situation, anyone used Barnet hospital would know how hard it is to find an empty space to park, the parking cut into half, staff car park and visitors parking (looks like parkingEye put a trap), I have been to Barnet hospital few times, my brother also been to Barnet hospital couple of times, I don’t really Know who was driving the vehicle (the vehicle is registered in my name), what can I do to make defence case. Note: even if we did park in staff car park, paid for parking charge, did not release, parked in staff parking, we would not park in staff parking and pay and display the ticket. thanks all.

If nothing happens in 6 years can the creditor or the county court take action after 6 years?

Hi all, Need help please I had a county court judgement against me on June 2011 I did not received the court form all i received was a letter telling me there was a court and you have to pay this amount, it was a car insurance broker i had annual insurance after few months I had accident and i got courtesy car Ii change the insurance on that but the broker told me you have to have the logbook on your name or have at least 6 months lease on your name, so i had to cancel the insurance my naivety was there when they ask me to put in writing to cancel and i did. I am planing to get mortgage but because of this county court judgment against me my chance are zero what would be the best action to take pay the CCJ in full or appeal against it which i had to pay nonrefundable £80 pound the amount is under 600 pound. I think CCJ stay on credit record for 6 years? i do not know if i pay that will it be removed? I hope it is clear and not confusing, sorry if it is too much to read any help appreciated. is it still allowed to clamp in private land? A friend of mine said his car been clamp in private car park in Islington, London. I thought clamping was ban since last year.

Not necessary taxi driver would have base or report to police every incident happens what if this happen to a driver his nut mate jump out in middle of the road, would the driver be responsible for an Adult action get punished?

Dear All I am Mini-Cab Driver One Weekend late night or should i say morning 5am I had drunk Passenger, I stopped on bus stop for ATM Passenger got out of my vehicle take cash out then got back into Vehicle take about 1 minute or more I received PCN Even though it cctv clip shows my Passenger coming out and coming back into my vehicle they issued PCN so i Appealed hoping it will cancel then i received rejection, they sent me form to appeal independent parking traffic services. need advise what els should i write and here are few pics and clip have look and tell what u think folks. Here is my appeal details: I am a licensed Mini-Cab Driver ( Licence No:******) and I was working at the time. I had a topical Weekend (Saturday-Night) Passenger very drunk, Picked up at around 04:45am from Regen road Nw1 to Bedford Ave W1, on the way passenger ask me to stop at atm, I went to tottenham court road stopped at tesco ATM,I tired my best to stop in safe place for Pedestrians, without causing obstruction for other road users and espacialy, espacialy for my vulnerable drunk Passenger on that late night 5am. As you can see on teh cctv photorapgs before the long bus-stop there us Pedestrians crossing on the midle of road and on the left hand side there were 3/4 guys standing on teh very edge of the road, for two reasons i cound not stop before teh bus-stop 1. The Passenger was very drunk and told me not to stop there because of those people standing and i felt my vehicle will be danger for them too. 2.If i did stop there a large vehicle could not pass through such as Truks and buses I joint Tottenham court road from Torrington Place, I thought it is bus lane not bus stop as it was so long, Please find enclosed the job details with this letter. fair enough as i said I have been told by someone Under the 1869 Metropolitan Public carriage office I am allowed to pick up and set down at any point on the Public Highway. I was thinking not to attend the citizen Advice Bureau to write letter to APOCA regarding the rejection appeal letter i received, what do u think guys cheers
