Hi... I hope you have the same experience as we did, everything went as it should have. We ordered from Droitwich where they were very helpfull and polite, it arrived when they said it would, I spoke to the guys in Birmingham to make delivery arrangements and paid. We are now enjoying our quality furniture and are very happy...... I really can't understand the previous posts, altough things do happen as you can see in my previous post with DFS..... I'm sure all we be fine .....

Hi Jane..I'M WITH YOU ALL THE WAY!!! There is absolutely nothing to worry about.... I did the same back at the end of July....shopped around most of the funiture stores in the West Midlands and even some in Wales and couldn't find anything that matched the quality, value for money and service which The Sofa Specialist in Droitwich had to offer!! In fact my top 3 suites were all from there!! Just like you, I came on-line to find their website and stummbled across this one. After reading all the posts it put me on edge a little so I went into the store and confronted the owner with my concerns, he was very up front and suggested that if I wanted to place an order (there was no pressure at all), and I felt unsure, then I could pay by credit card which would cover my purchase if anything went wrong, he couldn't have been fairer than that so I went ahead and ordered. He advised me it would take approx 16 weeks to come in to stock as it was being made to order and had to come from China - that was fine by me. It came exactly when it should have at the end of November so I had it to enjoy and show off over Christmas ...... It's what I ordered, the quality and style is fantastic......I got exactly what I wanted.......and with extras!!!...... I would definately recommend them to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life!!! Happy Happy Happy (PS My last suite came from DFS 10 years ago - it was delivered with no feet and a load of writting in black pen on the one side of one of the sofas, after 2 months one of the arms collapsed.....just saying.....)
