I have just had 9 months dispute with T/Mobile regarding lyca , i made calls to lyca numbers not realizing that i was being charged for them, when i contacted t/m they didn't wont to know, so i cancelled my contract with them explaining that i couldn't afford to pay for my monthly allowance plus calls to a lyca number , they replied by saying they would take me to court for the remaining amount owing on my contract , the amount was £130, after a few letters to them which got me nowhere they rang me and asked if i would pay half , i said no and put phone down , while this account was still in dispute they sent it to a debt recovery agency which is against the rules of the consumers credit agency,i then got in touch with Cisas they sent forms out for me to fill out and send back which i did, within a few day i got letter from Cisas to say that t/m are withdrawing their claim, Keep going don't give in to them
