Hi im new to this site but need some advice on my LOGBOOK saga, in June this year my husband and myself had no other option but to take out a logbook loan, on the whole the Loan was for just over 900 pounds, we had been paying every week faithfully, but due to other financial commitments we missed a few payments, thus putting us in 236.68 arrears, i phoned lbl and paid 150 towards this also paying 37.00 from the bank the day before, i emailed the company a few times phoned and today i have received a letter DEMANDING full amount as i have 73 pound arrears, stating in the letter that i have no attempt to get in touch, which i have, i also had 37.00 come out the bank today as per debit set up, so they are now demanding 2,113,65 WHAT A LAUGH, i dont know what way to turn now, im not very good with legal jargon, we cant loose our car my son is disabled, and i know i was stupid to go to a company like them but we certainly were not aware of there reputation before hand any advice would be helpful right now and thank you in advance
