  1. Oh no, wish I had read all your comments before spending a load of cash on the B&P catalogue this year, glad one of you got your stuff. It is strange, I also had odd feeling of discomfort when there was no confirmation of order e mail, and I called them the day after the order was made online, was informed not to worry , they dont do e mails for web orders, which I thought was strange, the man said I would 'probably' get one when they process the order, so ordered early November, another call last week, told , its on its way, clearly not as called them yesterday and said they would dispatch the stuff then. Again not, oh its not so much being ripped off that does my head in, but that fact that I chose the stuff for friends and family , I dont hold out any hope now after reading your comments, it is only money I suppose and there are a lot worse things that can happen, but Im still angry , yes their brochure arrived last year as well and I was tempted, fortunately I forgot, wish I could get all that type of stuff somewhere else.
