Hi there, first posting and getting worried 22/11/2011 received a text message from CRS, saying "Miss (my name) I still need you to call (phone number) and ask for Sarah when you get this message. Reference SKYPE(number). After googling them it seems this Sarah is quite busy &CRS seems to fish so ignored it. Received another text 11:05am this morning saying: Miss (my name) This is Sarah at Credit ResourcevSolutions (CRS). Please call me today on (phone number) as soon as possible Reference SKYPE(number). Now I've never used SKYPE and besides that thought it was free anyway. I have a bill with Npower which I pay £20 a month and I am up to date so I don't know what else I could have outstanding especially with the reference SKYPE. I do have SKY Internet but that's paid monthly through my direct debit so I still have no idea. I haven't had any calls yet but wouldn't know what to do if they did call. As I've heard they can be quite harassing. If someone could kindly give me some advice about what to do I would be very very grateful as I'm getting a bit scared and very worried. Many thanks!
