  1. Getting long in the tooth this wear and tear get out and only when you visit this site do you get any kind of action. Waiting for Mr Haskell to let us know who is the insurance company that underwrites his warranties. If there is no underwriting then he may be operating some kind of ponzi scheme. Care to comment Mr Haskell.
  2. Agreed, but not very good when you are caused unnecessary inconvenience. I had a similar wear and tear problem last year and they (not A1) were told to pay the claim by the Ombudsman. Just leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Let us know how you get on.
  3. It's not funny to hear about that old wear and tear get out. You can always appeal to the Insurance Ombudsman who will likely agree to your claim. As Mr Haskell is back may be he would like to say who the insurance company is that backs A1 Approved Warranty.
  4. Give A1 Approved a wide berth and save your money. They are not authorised by the FSA so that should speak for itself I would have thought
  5. A1 Approved problems seem to be popping up a lot on these forums. Doubt if Mr Haskell is going to get involved in this - his silence is deafening. If/when you issue court proceedings make sure you issue them against both the dealer and A1 Approved. That way they can sort it out hopefully between themselves before getting to court.
