They have been going downhill at a fast rate, no more focused on service more taking our money and giving less for it! I just had a breakdown and got caught out by the "new" rules and it ended with me having to stump up another £220 to get my car home!! Total rip off! Its a shame as they used to be good, an old friend is still working for them and says its normal for people to end up waiting all day!
