Hi Martin, Thanks for the help. If we can only make claims for 800 then i reckon im gonna need to make alot of claims! . I only sent off to request my statements today so got a ways to go. How long did it take to get yours? Jason

Morning everyone. Just signed up on here and have decided to go after my money. Am guessing that over the past six years this will come to well over 5000. I'm very eager to get started but a little concerned as i am not too great with computers! Just one quick question to start. How does this differ in Scotland? Jason
