Ive jusr called Philips bailiffs and debt recovery agents,i owe £285,these are from fines by the magistartes court.I was told i could pay £25 a fortnight,as i am on incapacity benefit i cannot afford this,but she would not accept a lesser payment.I want to pay it but i just cannot afford to at that much.Please can somebody help,i suffer from depression,and worrying about this is making me bad.
