Thanks for your comments, I could probably write a 28 page dossier on my loathing and abhorrence. Monopoly is right. The government could not give a toss as the more profit the banks make the more tax the government take. Just like insurance companies who promise to offer cover but usually find some way of renaging on payment. I hate them all. Well without venting as much as I would like. I know I have to be cautious when talking to bank staff as I could easily get physical it just beggars belief how they sleep at night -no morals, ethics and have never heard of probity. Bastards!!!!!!!!!!! regards, Ponderosa

Thanks, to all of you For the information and issues discussed. I really do not know where I would start if others had not trodden the path I will shortly take. So I anticpate future requests for assistance and help as I am still a little confused. Unfortunately I am one of these individuals who needs a step bt step guide. Regards, Ponderosa

Hi Sophie, I am in similar situation to you and am curious as to where I send my Data Protection Act Subject Access Request. Is it to the Bank? I apologise for my level of thickness regarding this -just a little confused at present as to where to start. I have copied the example from the Bank templates. Should I send this with the requisite £10 and wait. Regards, Ponderosa

Hello, I have just joined and eager to get ahead with making a claim. I am sick and tired of the perpetual veiled guise of providing help and a service behind which lay strategies to maximise the bank profits LTSB. Any advice as first things first regariding making my claim would be appreciated. I have purchased the Small claims kit and the Small Claims Practical Guide. -
Hello, This is my first posting and no doubt not my last. I am in the initial stages of making a claim against LTSB. I am sick and tired of their lies and veiled promises to help. Where can I find copies of the S. A. R?
