Hello. You could reply to them again and they might up their offer and you could end up doing this over and over again. Their time is up. I f you look at the top of the Scotland forum - you will see a post by Scotia - I followed his advice and was just offered full settlement today. In Scotland, the small claim limit is £750, so you will have to claim quite a few times for the £4682 that you are due. Hello and welcome. I sent my DPA SAR to the banks head office in England - they will re-direct it to the appropriate office. If you want to make sure that they receive your request, send it by Special Delivery, NOT Recorded Delivery. This will cost you £4.10 but you can claim it back when it gets to the summons stage, IF it gets that far!!! I have given them long enough to give me all my charges back, so I will be off to Court on Wednesday. Hi all, I have still not received my statements from Halifax - they have 15 days left. I have just read a thread in the Scottish Section that Abbey actually attended Aberdeen Sherriff Court to defend against their bank charges on the basis that they were not supplied with a copy of their own Terms and Conditions!?!?!?!? What's worse, is that the case will now go to trial! Has anyone issued the banks terms and conditions to the court and their own bank? Stalling tactic methinks!!!!!!!
