Hello. You could reply to them again and they might up their offer and you could end up doing this over and over again. Their time is up. I f you look at the top of the Scotland forum - you will see a post by Scotia - I followed his advice and was just offered full settlement today. In Scotland, the small claim limit is £750, so you will have to claim quite a few times for the £4682 that you are due. Hello and welcome. I sent my DPA SAR to the banks head office in England - they will re-direct it to the appropriate office. If you want to make sure that they receive your request, send it by Special Delivery, NOT Recorded Delivery. This will cost you £4.10 but you can claim it back when it gets to the summons stage, IF it gets that far!!! Hello Received an offer of £196 yesterday (Friday). Getting closer to the £513 mark, but not quite enough to settle. I have given them long enough to give me all my charges back, so I will be off to Court on Wednesday.
