They promise anything to get the sale and then if anything goes wrong its the customers fault they have no customer service skills at all. To anyone out there looking to buy a sofa be warned don't use this company. I will be advising all my friends and work collegues to never use yes sofas. I already know of two people who live locally to me who have had the same problems wrong colours, damaged sofas etc. and the way they treat you is terrible. Lies after lies.
