Same thing happened to me. I had £67.70 taken from my account on Friday. The RBS Visa debit card fraud team have said they will refund the money but why should we need to log into online banking several times a day to make sure we're not getting ripped off by low-lifes like this company??? If you want to contact them their number is 0844 704 9707 but, be warned, they will want your full name, address, date of birth etc before they will answer any questions. I didn't give them these details and told them they can deal with the police instead.
