  1. I have just has the same thing happen to me however Natwest have been really helpful and refunded the money straight away. They advised I will receive a form in the post in the coming days which I will need to complete and return without fail, otherwise they can reinstate the transaction. I have reported this as internet fruad so Natwest have logged the company details. I hope you get the same help from your bank!
