Ideally I could do with just paying £100 a month off the arrears as n power will only accept £140 a mOnth as they say I use more than my direct debit Grr... However I am scared again. :s Got 13 payments left

Well 6 months on and still sticking to the +£200 however payments are now £705 due to added interest and I am struggling. Kids need new clothes and just had a horrendous gas and electric bill Hard times Thank you for your help Just thought I'd update x

Hi ell-enn A big big thank u, I have received a letter and they uve accepted the payment prOposal of £691.13 until cleared. Am absolutely chuffed, no court hearing or Anything. I also have got a new job so big smiles all round. Thanks you so much

Hi, I made a mistake on a customers account, no loss to the business and now after two and half weeks they are disciplining me next week (Tuesday 20th) however I have genuinely started having panic attacks and nightmares N migranes. I have two young children and I am feeling so down depressed and suicidal. I have a doctors appointment thursday which was already arranged and feel My tl is trying to get rid of me because she has never treat me fair and was waiting for me to make a mistake after having two kids close together. Firstly I am thinking of handing my notice in as I think If I do have to go Back I will do something to myself and secondly if I have a sick note can they hold the hearing as I am only younghowever never been out of a job for he last 9 years. I have spoken to employee relations who say I need to take the grievance up with the tl and I honestly catnt ear to Speak to her. I was away on holiday last week and she text me at quarter to twelve at night to say she had a new job however I had never given her my number. Sorry if it is longwinded but I am so stressed and upset. I returned to Work after post natal depression and she has nOt made my life easy even though I have hit and exceeded all of my targets and even stayed over unpaid. I work for a leading bank call centre

Printouts done of previous letters and the shots of my payments. Would that mean I'd need to make an additional payment to council tax or would they send bailiffs

I have the two letters on my computer from when I've saved them I think. I won't be able to post the letter until Tuesday due to the bank holiday anyway. If not I definitely have a copy in my filing o the budget sheet and the two letters. Would they go for a liability order then

Hi 4 years I meant I've worked in total for last 9 years whilst at college etc, n 4 years however sick with first child them maternity and with second child maternity

4 years, yes they said they will send a letter to me. I have stopped putting my children into their creche also as I said if I were to get dismissed I couldn't afford them to go. Either way I will be able to make my mortgage payment this month as I'll get paid

The call centre managerr is dealing and employee relations, told Monday about mistake by my team leader. Mentioned also on Monday about redundancies from another team leader.

They put a flowchart on the intranet that everybody can view and they have the informal or formal and I have already been advised it will probably be heard at stage one or stage 2. I have world for the last 9 years with a clean record and wouldn't like this tainted. If worse comes to worse would I be better resigning? And how would this affect mortgage etc. I am off anyway on holiday and days off 26-30 then 2nd-12th
