I hope the both of you manage to get your monies back I am just about to submit my claim going to send the letter asking them to provide me with a statmenet of all charges. Just out of curiosity have you had to fork out any court costs and if so how much as money is very very tight at the moment so I am not sure that I will be able to afford it (even if I do get it back I need to have it in the first place eh:D )

Hi I am about to submit my claim to Lloyds but I have two accounts with them and have been advised to search previous threads to find out whether its possible to put both accounts on the one letter (save on costs) and whether as I do not have a debit or credit card or cheque book will they accept cash or do will I have to send a postal order.

Thanx, I will post a new thread now and go through the past threads. From what I have seen so far Lloyds dont seem to be that willing to cough up...

Hello all Just about to subumit my claim but I have more than one account with Lloyds. So I am unsure as to whether to put both accounts on the same letter or do I need to do two separate letters (pay £20)... do they accept cash or will I have to get postal orders?
