From what i've read on here these debt collection agencies have no powers (legal) but seem to scare you into paying. Will forward everything on to Admiral and tell them to get it sorted. Thanks for your replies.

Hi, Been reading a few threads but couldn't find anything related to what my other half is going through. Last year she had a non fault accident due to the other driver which was settled by the third parties insurance; she then started getting letters from Green Flag Rescue that she owed £50 for the car being recovered i think. She called up her insurer and they said that they would recover it from the other driver (she has had this conversation about 3 times with them now). The other day she received a letter from Moorcroft saying that they now have the debt, she is quite worried about this as she doesn't have any debt so wants to just go ahead and pay it. I've told her not to pay it but to write a letter saying something like I don't have a contract with your company so please stop bothering me? Anything else that she should do? Thanks
