I have just received a letter back from the bank replying to my priliminary letter of the amount they owe me, they say that they were with in their rights, and that it only applies to credit cards, therefore they will not refund me. I know I ahve got to send my letter of before action but in that it states that I am diapointed that they have not replied, but they have so how would I word it do I still copy it word from word. Also i have no idea if they put a default notice against me as they did not answer that and I am not sure where I find out this info. please help

hi there do i include the unauthorised overdraft with my claim. also I am finding it difficult to open up another account, do A&L shut down your account. I have built up quite abit over the 6 years.

I have been over charged by my bank on many occasions which has put me in terrible debt as lots of my debits were returned. I am not sure how to approach bank and what to say many thanks jane thomas:confused:

I am new to this and I do not know what i should be doing I have paid for an information pack so i can reclaim my bank charges. They have now threatened to take away my card and cheque book as they said that I put myself in arrears but it was only because they took money off of me. many thanks jane thomas
