  1. I know this will probably not help some people, but I hope it will motivate others. At 14st 3lbs I was at least 2st overweight two years ago. Since then I have lost over 2st without 'dieting'. I know its a bit of a cliché, but the truth is I have simply learned to eat less. I now eat everything in moderation, including anything from chocolate to cheese. I used to pile on the weight with ease but honestly I can now maintain below 12st without any conscious effort. I my experience as soon as you start talking diets you end up in a yo-yo cycle. Start by learning to eat less at each meal, you will surprise yourself believe me.
