Hi, hope this is in the right place. I won an offer to get the sylvanian families larchwood house for £34.99 instead of £70 at the entertainer. I put in my card details and it said there was a problem, checked my account and they have taken the money but in the my account section it shows nothing. Will ring in the morning but i don't have the funds to order another and the deal ends Monday so looks like i will lose out on the offer and be £34.99 down. Does anyone know what would happen to the money and if they might honor the deal? Thanks

They asked for cccs details via email, gave them and lady said call would stop. Well today i got 2 calls. CCcs have given them the paperwork already so no idea what PDE are doing.

Hi, the debt was 2003, last payment 2004. We have all the info from Marlin and a letter saying statute barred. It was end of 2009 when they contacted my partner.

Hi, my partners ex got a car on finance. She refused to pay for the car so Marlin Financial services got in touch with my partner to chase the debt. After 6 months of hell the debt was statute barred. We have this in writing. Now today my patner has had a call from Mackenzie Hall saying Marline have instructed them to chas the debt. My partner laughed and said well you can try it is statute barred and i have proof. So now we have to send them a copy of this proof. Is this legal, we went through a bad time sorting this out and me being 6 months pregnant i really don't need the stress. Thanks

Update Getting really fed up od PDE they ring my house phone even tho i sent the letter to them. They send me letters. My account is with CCCS who pay them. QQ will not accept my offer but say any amount will not be refused. Will not give bank details. Want my card details. Wonga pay then each month

Hmmm QQ will now only do a 3 month plan and on £762 they have said i can settle for £571.50

Thank you, i'm keeping QQ to one side hopeing i can come to a settlement once they pass it over. PDE should be dealing with cccs and i have email proof that fees and interest would stop with cccs.

Update QQ ignore my emails and just ask for £200 a month but i can't afford that. Payday Express allthough has been set up with CCCS they are still sending letters saying more interest will be added and they want me to make a payment today. Emailed and told them no. Wonga are fine, paying agreement off each month

I would like to say i am too dissapointed in the service. All i keep getting is emails telling me payment is past due. I email with my offer and you just email back with a plan of 3x my offer each month that i can't afford. Also when you leave voicemails please get my surname right, what you call me is downright rude

Payday express have sent a letter saying they tried to take a defer fee from my card but my bank didn't authorise it. Says they will continue to do this over the next 8 days. After that interest of 25% calculated agaist the current balance will be added. Loan was £320 plus £80 interest. Loan now is £575. Thing is it's now with cccs so don't know what they are playing at. Received cards for RBS account waiting on pin numbers then i'm shutting my natwest account down.
