it wont be long they told the court they gonna defend, my money was in the bank next day, it wont be long as soon as the halicrap get the claim via the court. say 2 weeks tops for pay out.

hi there, been quite busy found out gettin made redundant not a prob yet i hope. all is going well waiting for halifax to decide what they want to do in court but i am struggling myself with the papers. they got me again today £6.oo direct-debit failed they charge me £39 i really carnt afford that charge. this happened cos i paid £120 for court fee i cannot win. still keep in touch cannot help you with interest charges me thicko bye for now

i have also started court action. was about 2 wks to get reply but dont worry the longer it takes the more charges they will get ha ha. iwas offered 1=£130 then 2=390 i am claiming £2300. i have recieved notice of issue today from the courts. they are very busy at the moment, dont worry its coo stick with it good luck all of you

sharon v halifax my interest per total was £2,2,14 ok x by 8 then divide it by 365 = 48p per day. leave the courts to decide how much the outcome is you are jus putting this rate onto the bank.

well folks sent my Lba and they gone silent on me so i have to go to court obviously addin my 8% on to it. any advise out about gettin them to the courts exactly what do i do

yes perfect i added a few lines when i returned a letter saying their offer was not acceptable i could not help it but i reffered the courts as a third party. my version at the end was "your high amount for penalties is what i am claiming against not the fact you have applied them. i think no more communication between ourselves should be made from now on as i feel a third party would be more appropriate again should there be any costs to enforce this i will add the amount onto my refund

nice one i was offered £130 good will gesture i am claiming £2,214 i will try that response to their offer myself. i will also let them no that it is my last form of communication with them relating to the refund

i broke mine down from charges as notified thats fine. i dont think they will cash the cheque but stay aware. as i have had the response within 14 days i can get cou.rts involved the 14 days is a guide line for them not us. i think it will be down to halifax to explain the charges and break them down we just ask for the amount we rightly want back must admit i am lost at this point about how to get it to court if you can get me any info that would be great then i can give you step by step feed back. need to find someone who has had get lost good will letter he he all all load gob**** but i bet it puts some people off

hi yes i think that is ok. when i recieved mine i wrote dates and amounts on a different sheet and returned it with a letter of this site to ask for refund, they are not stupid they know what we want our money back in full. like many we have done the manual work to highlight the damage they have done, if they **** around we can put 8% extra on them. i have remortgaged twice got charges on the mortgage account for late payments so i cancelled my direct debit as i on weekly pay and they charged me £50 for doing so my credit rating so bad no-one wants to know but i have plenty of equity in my house i can sell and buy smaller. after i had a little hols with my refund a week end break sounds heaven its the satisfaction more than owt
